Our commitment

Insurance is something people need at difficult and time-sensitive moments. A website that is hard to use is not a minor inconvenience in that context, so accessibility is treated here as a requirement rather than a courtesy.

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What that means in practice

Every page is built from semantic HTML with a single, ordered heading structure, so that screen readers and other assistive technology can navigate it by landmark and heading.

All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, and a visible focus indicator is shown wherever focus lands. A "skip to content" link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.

Text and interface colours are checked against WCAG contrast ratios. Where the brand palette does not meet the threshold for a given use, the accessible pairing is used instead.

Motion is minimal by design, and all transitions are disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.

Forms label every field, associate error messages with the field they describe, and announce validation results rather than relying on colour alone.

Where we know we are not perfect

Accessibility is not a state a website reaches and keeps. Content is added over time, third-party components change, and assistive technology evolves.
